GENERAL INFORMATION: This Revenue Unit of the Municipal Assembly is in charge of fees. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5PM. For more information do contact the revenue unit which is in the office block of the Assembly.
PROCEDURE AND REQUIREMENT: Any person or organization which intends to commence with the construction of a building whether for residential or for other purposes in the Jaman South Municipal Assembly area of jurisdiction must obtain a building permit. This is to ensure, among other things, that the proposed project.

To build, equip and maintain all public primary, Junior High Schools and special schools as are in the opinion of the Minister of Education, after consultation with the Minister responsible for Local Government required in its area.
Routine road maintence are always undertaken by the Municipality to keep its roads under motorable conditions..
The Waste Management Unit of the Jaman South Municipal undertakes the Following Services:
1. Collection, transportation, disposing of both solid and liquid waste.
2. Cleaning of Drains and open spaces.
3. Cutting of grass in open space
